个人简介

吉米·F·戈里马尔。1975-1977年，在孟买大学专科攻读理科专业。1982年，毕业于孟买大学，获建筑学学士学位。曾在印度某连锁酒店担任建筑助理及室内设计师。主修城市规划与环境设计专业。在学术技能部担任数学辅导老师。在圣地亚哥州立大学教育机会项目中教授数学与理科课程。1988年，毕业于圣地亚哥州立大学，获城市规划硕士学位。曾在美国加利福尼亚州帝国海滩市和德尔马市的地方政府实习。在台湾的中小学任教。2011-2013年，在乐山师范学院为会计和市场营销专业学生教授商务英语；2013-2016年，在该校外语系教授英语课程。曾参与各类竞赛评审工作，并为四川省的中小学教师举办研讨会。在湖南长沙国防科技大学教授英语一年，在河南河南理工职业学院教授英语三年。2022年重返乐山师范学院外语系任教，同时在该校跨喜马拉雅研究中心从事东南亚国家相关研究工作。

Jimmy F. Gorimar.Studied Science during Junior college, from 1975-1977, at the University of Bombay. Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in architecture at the University of Bombay, in 1982. Worked as an architectural assistant and as an interior designer for a hotel chain in India. Majored in City Planning and Environmental Design. Tutored students in Mathematics at the Department of Academic Skills. Tutored mathematics and science at the Educational Opportunity Program at San Diego State University. Graduated with a Master’s degree in City Planning at San Diego State University in 1988. Internship in local governments with the City of Imperial Beach and the City of Del Mar in California, USA. Taught at primary and middle schools in Taiwan. From 2011-2013, taught Business English to accounting and marketing students and taught English in the Department of Foreign Languages from 2013 to 2016 at Leshan Normal University. Participated in evaluating competitions, and conducted seminars for school teachers of Sichuan province. Taught English for a year at the University of Defense Technology, Changsha, Hunan and for three years at Henan Polytechnic Institute, Henan. Rejoined Leshan Normal University in 2022 in the Department of Foreign Languages, as well as conducting research on Southeast Asian countries, at the Center for Trans-Himalaya Studies, Leshan Normal University.
